how do i get my car out of the paint shop?

i moved it into the paint shop but nothing happens when i try using the paint shop door and doesn't seem to be a way to move the car back out of the paint shop

The phone is on the counter near the Engine Stand. The normal mode is radically different from the tutorial.

You must have just been in the tutorial still where you have access to the paint shop is what I'm thinking. The tutorial starts with 2 cars in your name to experiment on. You just have to leave the garage to start the game where you are now with your new start.

Same problem. (vanilla game. no any mods installed)
Just bought a RX-3 ruined car at scrapyard, restored it and try to paint.But in the Garage all doors are not interactible.

UPD. My bad - Doors open at the click of the mouse, not by clamping.
