The Cuda

Damn im pissed. all movie scenes show a 1970 Plymouth cuda and the DLC gets me a 1971!
Ok not that big diffrents in mechanical stuff, so sure im happy of the 71.(i paid for the dlc) Im sure some of the very good and also important modders will fix this. but still very annoying since what got me hooked on this game from second one was a 1970 cuda in the trailer....

I think it was actually a '72. But whatever. My fav is still the '71 because it has the 4 headlamp config and the trademark "gills" grill. The '70 and '72 look like a beefed up Camaro. The '71 is the only one with that distinctive 'Cuda look. I'm a little biased also that I helped rebuild a '71 with the 440 biggie when I was a kid.

Going a little off topic now but might be a diffrent view of history for you.
Many nice muscle cars were sold to sweden during the oil crisis years dirt cheap.
= stupid americans
In Sweden we raced em, chrashed em, Winter use and finally scraped them before the end of the 80's. (most of them)
= Even more stupid Swedes
I know of a 426 cuda convertible often used on local drag strips by a normal john Doe untill the early 1990s, wenn an american offered him something like 20-30k dollars. He laught all the way to the bank. But i wonder who is laughing now...

You guys had Volvo... It's normal that you didn't care much about some US cars ;)
Volvo cars were some of the greatest cars ever made. I don't know how things look like today though. I really hope that Ford and the chinese guys didn't cause too much damage to this great company...

I work with Volvos daily. and i must say ford did hurt the quality bad.
The Chinese? well to soon to say, but at least they moved all development and research back to Sweden.

but now were really getting off topic. Strange that always happends wenn car guys talk =)

Legaly I believe this game is mis-sold to the customer. The game has been mis-advertised by showing a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda 'Cuda by form and in writing but that car is not actually in the game as a playable asset.
