I had turned it off in the game settings, but yeah I agree really feels like it didn't actually turn it off. I just deal with it.
That's the thing. It isn't for me. Mouse works just like it does on the desktop. No idea why some people have this issue and others don't.
That being the case, it assumably isn't something obvious to fix.
Software mouse would not be a problem but the sh-it smoothing, which makes the mouse laggy, can't be turned off (as far as I remember, smoothing could be turned off in CMS2015).
Are you saying you have similar issues with other games too?
Do you use Logitech Setpoint? I have that installed (Performance MX) and have no issues whatsoever with any game.
I don't use mouse drivers (except the integrated from Windows), the last time I installed a mouse driver was under DOS-mode from Win95.
When you need a crap software for a mouse then the mouse is crap. We aren't in the 90s.
Generally I would agree, but not in this case as there is a setting in Setpoint that might fix your issue. Specifically in "Game mode settings: Keep mouse acceleration/Keep mouse speed".

Mouse works fine with that game...
I mean, you read a numerous amount of comments about this issue, and you assume a LOT of peeps having the same issue...
But peeps with no issues won't tell "hey I don't have issue" while obviously peeps having issues will very often write it.
I personally don't have such issues, I haven't seen (but havent watched many) youtubers with such issue with this game.
I think the REAL hint may come from that post
It's maybe way more related to all of us having more and more often many very different displays ?
Just have a basic 1080x1920 HD native on my side, so nothing fancy
Maybe a real COMPLETE bug report mail to support, with your full specifications, and details about what hardware you have may help them pinpoint the true issue, while simple complaints on forums, and in reviews with a total lack of deeper informations won't help much devs.
