Also the Throttle?
What Engine is it?
I've had a car fail because i never replaced the plastic base of a filter.
Since you disassembled/assembled it completely, the undiscovered part may just be missing. And you mention railS and coilS, so it should be a modern V8. Is the throttle installed?
If that is the case, the undiscovered part must be something other than engine related (otherwise as said, you would not be able to take the car to the track or test path). Missing license plate or something?
I just replaced filter not clips or covers hmm maybe should have checked them
Took me 1 hour 35 mins before I quit and sent it unfinished but hey I got achievement haha why was license plates mentioned ?
When you do a compression test the caps will not show up, you have to remove the oil pan to examine the rod caps manually.
@ convey full exhast was over 80%
Now indeed, still very often it's the casing that needs some attention too.
I remember one where it also took me more than a few minutes to check all the other stuff aside from engine for that. and it was the filter base. In those black plastic ones, not as easy to spot as the old metallic ones fully rusted.
