For anyone who may be in this ball park there are a few things you can do...
You can "stop" zooming in and out in the options. It doesn't stop it all, but it helps. You'll still randomly zoom in and out for no reason, and you will still fly all over the place if you accidentally click on anything other than what you're working on. I really wish they would just let me do parts the way you do body work...
You can turn off Bloom and Motion Blur. They help make most of the garage accessible. Be wary of the area around the engine stand and try to set your camera high so you're always level or looking down. Looking up at the wrong angle will hurt. The left side of the engine stand looking at the back wall can hurt. It's way, way too bright.
Be wary of the Red used to note parts that need to come off first, especially wheels/tires. It can be quite painful to get blasted with a screen full of bright red that can flicker on and off if your mouse moves.
Mouse settings can be tough. In order to get the mouse to move through menus and to parts I have to set it sorta fast. Unfortunately that means whenever I have to turn around it whips around quite fast. Dizzy is not an uncommon feeling for me in the garage, I have to be careful to turn around slowly to avoid having lunch a second time.
Remember to hit "APPLY" in any setting menu, nothing is automatic. It may take more than once, and the Zoom will do whatever it wants randomly, so don't be alarmed.
Between this stuff and the lighting I have to limit my play.
If you are more sensitive than I, I am truly sorry... The game may be too much.
As always, YMMV.
Cheers..!
try the Herb Giger Root, it is supposed to calm the motion Sickness Feelings.
I find the zoom helpful in most cases, sometimes its annoying if i click the wrong area and it takes me to the wrong part but hey its nothing i'd get sick over. It would be more of a pain having to manually zoom in and out constantly as you buzz around the car changing out parts.
If there is a motion blurr in game remove it, sometimes that can cause a sense of disorentation. Bloom will remove some glare and might help you focus better so your not so dizzy when replacing parts.
