dyno?????

where exactly is the dyno? i see the slot in the pie menu to move a car there, but it's locked and says something is already there. i have a few cars built that i'm waiting to unlock the paint booth so i can paint them before selling and i'm just curious what kind of power they're making.

I'm going out on a limb here but, think dyno is attached to the 3rd tier garage (on top of paint booth, welder, interior cleaning kit etc) and reading that you are waiting for paintshop still gonna say it's still locked up for you atm.

Try going to the store page. The link to this is at the top right of the page. Scroll down to the DLC list. Click the Tuning DLC and it will take you to the download button. Click that to make sure you have the DLC then go back into the game where if you at the right level the dyno should be unlocked.

If you don't have the paint booth yet, you won't have access to the dyno either. Its the room just between the paint booth and your office on the right side of your level 3 garage, once you have earned that perk.
