How do I unlock the auctions and junkyard?

What is the process for finding barns and the auctions?

Barn at level 6.
Junkyard at level 13.
Auction at level 19.

Thanks. How do I open barn maps? I stored them in a warehouse and can't get access to them now

I believe they disappear if you put them in storage, if I remember correctly. You should click on them and add them to your map as you get them. Map can be found at the garage entrance doors.

I have 50 odd in my warehouse and they're still there

Maps or cases? Cuz we're referring to maps only! I've lost maps when put in the warehouse!
