Yeah, I fully restored the Smith even parts that in real life would have no effect on performance. I also kept the same size and type of tires and rims (just in case because who knows). I did swap the seats and steering wheel but I highly doubt they have any effect.

All on the first junkyard car I ever completely restored in this game. It's sat in my garage fully restored (driven occasionally) waiting for this DLC and part 2, hopefully will be putting a tuned DOHC turbo engine in it eventually. List is really just cars that have tuning parts either mechanical or body and a complete list of them. You can include hp gains over factory if you want but it is really about the list. Some cars have no parts at all and some cars have only a few. So the intention is to give folks a list of cars they can specifically use tune parts with.
