You would think so. This is one of those things that truly puzzles me...
@OP... Bug protocol I would think. Make sure the DLC is locked and loaded. Verify files and all that. There are two seperate buttons to push, one at the computer to start it and then another to run the actual Dyno Pull. If you're not getting those, the Dyno Room isn't loaded proper.

Have you installed the dlc? You have to go to the shop site of cms2018 to install it. It is not automatically activated with the download of the 1.4.5 patch.
