How do I install a supercharger?

I have bought all the supercharger and turbo parts on the tablet but cant put a supercharger on any v8 engine

You can't. Despite it being a feature they promised at release it will be out later on. (most likely as a DLC)

not sure what my game is different from others but i just put a supercharger on a bolt replica 2 and wow its fast. and all i can tell you is start with your block and i found the parts show you what to install next....
but im just a noob a office worker who knows nothing about cars.

Only certain variants allow superchargers. As far as I know the Supercharged v8's on the Reptilia R2 Supercharged. Can't seem to find any vehicles using the Supercharged V8 OHV though
