Interior Condition?
Interior Condition should be at 100% if you have new seats, a new bench, a new steering wheel and of course, all is clean.
At the moment you can use interior cleaning set to get 100%, no matter what seats or else.
No parts in the car, use cleaning set ------- 100%

You need to use the interior detailing kit to repair the dashboard and the rest of the interior

Indeed!

Cleaning has nothing to do with the parts. Just like a real car.
If i clean a seat, it does not turn new.

I noticed that too. My guess is they simply moved and renamed the two 'body' parts that would show in the list of installed parts making one the frame and the other the interior. The other parts (seats and such) still are counted toward the global body condition like before.

You need level 30 and last garage expansion for interior detailing kit. Think of it like cleaning kit for shampoo`ing or replacing the carpets, cleaning dashboard and touching up the interior panels.
This doesnt include the seats and steering wheel so you still need to buy new of those (cant repair them) if you want 100% body.

Oh... thanks for info.

Damn, that grind from level 12 to level 30 is killing me.... so many cool things at level 30, and it feels like there's borderline nothing in between or after the point :( :/
