How to achieve 'Kinda Naked'

Anybody knows or cares to share?
I have tried to do this on a new profile but the game only lets me buy stuff until I'm at 1$, no lower and according to the achievement info you should drop to 0$...

I have not tried, but i suppose filling oil into a car would do the trick, considering it costs money to fill?

I got it by starting a new profile and in the tutorial buying body parts until I got to a low multiple of 20. Then filling the oil in the M3 until it bubbles around the opening which means it is overfilled but you will only be charged $20 for it. then drain it using the oil drain and repeat until broke.
