look at the tire then find the rim size out of the 3 numbers.
whatever set of wheels u dismounted, u can buy the same size. start there.
in general, bigger rim means lower profile. low profile means u see a little of tire when mounted on a car.
when u get used to it, buy different sizes to ur preference.
The first number is the width of the tire in mm. In this case 185 mm wide. The higher the number, the wider the tire.
The second number, 70 in my example, is what is called the "aspect ratio" of the tire and is a percentage of the width of the tire. Again, in my example this is 70% of 185 or about 130 mm. The smaller this number, the less tire you see outside of the rim.
The third number is the rim diameter in inches, or 14 in for my example.
In the game, the ET of the rim is the offset. I'm not sure since I haven't played around with this, but I think the higher the ET, the further the rim protrudes from the fender of the car.
In the real world there are other factors to consider when mounting tires, but in the game it's pretty much whatever you think looks good on your car.
