only 1 cam gear

i only see 1 cam gear on car

Sometimes broken parts are listed twice. If you fix the 1 broken gear, but gears in the list would be ticket off.

you will see the 2nd one when you put the 1st one on and the timing chain.
They are 2 different cam gears, note the A and B behind it.
