Missing part on the Bolt Reptilia story mission

I've run all the test and gone through the whole car, finally stripped the car to the frame but there is still a missing part.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that was not it. I clicked the "finish order" button and the job was completed even with the unkown part not being fixed, so who knows...

I just had same problem was not able to solve it so ditched the story mission. Probably a missing part to be introduced later in game development

The fact that there are still story breaking bugs is just sad. If anything, the story missions should be the easiest to test.

I'm too weary to even get pissed about it any more. Mostly just numb.

I had the battery missing once when it arrived. Is the battery there?

I don't remember what's broken in the Reptilia, but I find the fuel pump to be the most head-bangingly easy part to forget about.

Pretty sure battery was there, but the game let me finish the job even though the part was still unknown and shown as not fixed.

I tried this story job again the problem is with engine and surrounding area I checked everyting and changed what was needed get same message. Definately bug...however I have noticed their is no ABS Module or pump in this car

Same here - picked whole car anew - still cant find a part thats missing.

I have recently done (and alot redone) all 35 story missions and with 2 or 3 there is glitching going on. You find the broken part and replace it with a bought 100% new one but you would have to check the car status option in the pie menu with every part you replace. I remember today 2 89% rod caps I had to delete because there was a glitching bug that affected that story mission; so it's defintately a tough find but good for you you were able to progress

Well ive just started this mission now, and ive got a part not found bug, ive stripped the whole engine, literally checked everything, and ive still got part mot found, i cant progress without it, as it wont let me, so now im stuck and not happy ffs!!

Finally located it with the help of GamePressure Guide. It's the camshaft under the distributor.
