What is the point of the Car Salon?
You walk around the room and do what?

I'm woundering why would you even want to buy a new car? I thought the whole idea was to fix up cars so you can sell them for profit.

probably to make cars that you can't easily find on barns or auction more accessible, sure you will probably pay a lot of money to have them in your personal collection than when compared to getting then as restoration projects.

Feels like this would be more useful if performance parts were active.

I'm seeing these replies, and I didn't even know that you could buy a car at the "car salon." Why isn't it called a Car Store or Car Dealership? Car Salon is where a car would go to get it's hair done up nice... or I guess a wash and a wax.

I've never heard of it called a Car Salon before either. Is it an American expression seeing as the series seems to be based on the American market? Car Showroon is what i would call it.

Car salon isn't an American expression. We call them car dealerships

I bought a car and painted it put a design on it and replaced the wheels, tyres and interior and tried it out on the track

I have noticed that you can resell the salon car for what you pay for it. So I guesss it's a nice way to try out a car if you don't feel like rebuilding it first.

The Crew has already been made.

a better Idea would be for us to buy and own the "Salon" (Dealership) and use the cars that we restored to 100% and sell for profit

To find rare cars like the Supercharged FMW Panther and Salem Spectre. And you can always testdrive on the track, see if you like and it and then sell it back, and maybe try to find a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of that car and rebuild it!

It is a strange way to discribe a new car showroom, usually car salon refers to a big car show where people put their custom cars on display with trade stands selling aftermarket parts etc.
A little disapointed i won't lie

In a future it will probably be useful. You buy a new car, you tune it and you sell it, without having to restore the entire vehicle. Currently I think it's pretty useless.
