Really don't care about gaskets or whatever your saying buddy ;S but the hoses come on pop the hood and car looks incomplete and lacking

Just the Wires and Hoses would be good.
I do not care about Gaskets.

lmao, thats too good ;)

But seriously tho. Gaskets I can see, it would be no different then the currently multi-part components we have (calipers, struts, etc).

As for everything else, I just dont see it happening. I mean, people are screaming already at the performance issues, and adding in more wires/cables/hoses that need to be rendered under the hood will only add more strain to the game.

Yes it could cause more strain, they could do this later on after this Game gets Patched.
I know that Truck Mechanic and I think that the CMS 2014 had Hoses and hose Clamps.

Heh performance issues I have a 5 year old PC somewhat upgraded nothing crazy though still get 40-60 fps and a company that marks "simulation" well should simulate right. Those who buy these games and cry about performance should know what they are getting into do they want an 8bit game? I mean street rod was great for its time but come on guys
EvolGrinZ Aug 9, 2017 @ 11:28am
Note that a lot of those people who cry about performance issues are crying because they can't get 60FPS on ultra settings.
I would like to see more hoses and wires, but the game has more pressing issues it should deal with. Not to mention that it's not that easy to add into the game as you make it sound. It needs to be modelled for each car, coded so it fits perfectly for every car and whatnot. Could easily take several months to pull that off.

Well...They seem to fire out I3 engines and superchargers fairly quickly throughout these 16 versions of the game
I've always thought that it was lacking having incomplete looking engine bays. The CMS2018 game itself has more complexity than the old one, so I remain hopeful that wires, hoses etc will be in place one day.

Yeah, because they are already modelled and coded and already present in game. They just needed to get the last bugs out of them before putting them in game.
