I do not care about Gaskets.
But seriously tho. Gaskets I can see, it would be no different then the currently multi-part components we have (calipers, struts, etc).
As for everything else, I just dont see it happening. I mean, people are screaming already at the performance issues, and adding in more wires/cables/hoses that need to be rendered under the hood will only add more strain to the game.
I know that Truck Mechanic and I think that the CMS 2014 had Hoses and hose Clamps.
I would like to see more hoses and wires, but the game has more pressing issues it should deal with. Not to mention that it's not that easy to add into the game as you make it sound. It needs to be modelled for each car, coded so it fits perfectly for every car and whatnot. Could easily take several months to pull that off.
