Selling cars at Auction?

i havnt actually got this game yet but i saw someone on youtube restore a vehicle and was suprised when he went to sell it, he just done so in hes garage and got money for it.

is'nt there a way to take it to an auction and have people bid on your vehicle? it would add depth to the game and make it more intereting to restore and sell vehicles.

im not sure how to inform the devs about this idea, so if someone can, that would be great.

Yeah, at the moment you can only sell them in your shop. Problem is they are so expensive to buy from every location that you can't really afford to even buy them to restore for a long while. Is a fun game though.

i think the same, not selling at once, sell in auction, or guys taking call for us, negotiating the price of the car, something like that. must take time to sell the car

If you buy cars on the junkyard you can often get one for under10k...you'll need a decent repair skill etc, though and some change for new parts, but if you restore these you can make some money.
However it is clearly meant that you are somewhat high in the unlock tree, before you really start to restore cars and sell them for profit, but I regularly have cars that I can sell for 2-3 times the investment after restoration.
However, if you only buy your cars on an auction or even from barns you have less work restoring them, but your profit is also much smaller. However there seem to be cars that won't spawn in the junkyard and others that probably will be rather rare on the auction house etc.
ie I have never seen an echos cobra in the junkyard.

yea im lvl 13 and have around 90k. I buy a car from the junkyard for around 10k and restore it completly except the paint job and i can make about 25k off of the car

i agree fully....it will be a needed update to be done,because selling the car during an auction will give to the game more realism,and also i will add the possibility to sell a car online even in the auction by other players.

For what reason should another player buy a car from you? The fun of the game is to repair cars. It is only reasonable if he could get the car from you cheaper then repairing it for himself, but you want to have a bargain from it.

And with a little edit of the configuration file you get every car you want new from the car salon for zero money....
