I have fixed everything but 1 faulty part could I get some help with this.

Check if there is a licence plate on the front and back of the car, thats how it should be. If thats already the case, what part is still broken according to your work order?

from top to bottom it went from Oil fiter to clutch pressure plate

Okay. It should be marked on the work order, if something is fixed correctly. Can you tell me what item does not have that marking?

The thing is is that It is not discovered so I have no clue what it is

Is the part fixed but unknwon yet? If so, you can finish order without having found that part, whats the mission description saying about the car?

I remember there is a cam gear at 98% yet it is in the list and needs to be replaced. Check the list for parts. I don't remember if fuel pump needs to be replaced for this order, but it's often overlooked, check that too.

The description of the order is about a wife lending the car to her husband then wanting to file divorce papers. Doesn't give much info about the problem.

Yes, well.. This simulates the.. challenges mechanics face. Like people who never lift their bonnets, or do and then close them quickly again. So many car owners don't have a clue how their car works, and expect mechanics to just fix it when it doesn't.

This job gave me a big clue when I lifted the hood and is pretty much all engine related, although fuel tank, pump and air filter needed replacing.

(and on a realism note, was puzzled about what the soon-to-be ex-husband did to the car to break just those bits.)

Hi,
I removed all parts to the last bit of engine (to the empty block), suspension, etc, and even the body. Yet the car status list a lot of "part not discovered" item.

I've no idea how to move forward.

Did you check the Fuel tank? I think that is the only one so far I have come across that needed changing.

I successfuly finished the mission. Though the "part not discovered" items were listed I simply assembled all parts (after buying new parts insted of junks) and those "part not discovered" items disappeared, and I was able to push complete button.
Since then I saw this kind of behaviour in other mission too.
