Luxor Bowen=Cadillac Fleetwood or maybe El Dorado
Castor Avalance looks like a Land Rover Evoque
Emden Lotz=Audi A3
Bolt Cape=Chevrolet Impala
The Smith 1500 looks more like an early 50's Chevrolet than a Ford
I feel like the Chapman is such a generic looking car... which they kind of were in those days. I like to think of them as the Ford LTD and put the windsor motors in them. Not enough vehicles using the Windosr motors imo.... too many using the v8 1 or 2 carb.
The Smith is an F100 but, there is similarity to the Chevy imo as well. I'm not good at recognizing the differences of them really old trucks.
I'd also agree on the Bolt Cape being the Chevrolet Impala.... looks almost exactly like my buddies back when I was in high school. Although, there is some similarity with the earlier 60's Chevelle's.
Some of the cars are a mix it seems like, like the front body of X and the rear of Y. My son pointed that out the other night on one i was fixing for an order but i can't recall which car it was and what he said it looked like.

So yes, the Delray Imperator seems to be a concept-car/ prototype of sorts. A Frankenstein creation of a Challenger SRT body with a GTO front and tail...
Well, it looks completely different, than the Callenger SRT from the DLC, so I decided it's not a Challenger and called it "GTO Judge 2015", but since there's no real life equivalent (at least no production car) there is no "correct" answer to this riddle.
Here's a list of what I ended up using in my game (in case anyone's interested)
edit: I formatted the layout, tried to find and eliminate all misspellings and typos and renamed the Smith 1500.
And thanks @Rochendil and everyone, who helped gathering these informations!
another edit from Sep. 23rd: I renamed the Sakura Moon back to Mitsubishi Eclipse. I still think it looks more like a 2nd generation Audi TT, but it was bugging me, that it's obviously meant to be japanese, so I gave in. The 4th generation Eclipse SE looks close enough.
edit (Feb. 22nd 2022: some touches, but overall everything is still the same.
The Plymouth Superbird from those years had a wing on rear and a pointed nose grill. Aside from that, the Plymouth Superbird and the Dodge Daytona Charger in the 70's were pretty close to identical. In-game, the car is not exact match and could be considered either one really.
There are other subtile differences, like the head lights, so I'm quite positive, it's supposed to be a GLK.
