Can't put wheels on car?

Maybe it's me, but I've just started and I'm reassembling the starter car, I've gotten everything installed up to the wheels, I just can't seem to get them on. I've mounted and balanced them so I know it's not that and I have the option to put them on but it keeps saying no parts to work with?

Did you make sure the tires were the same size as the old ones?

Update: I found the issue, while I did balance them, there is either an issue or something with the balancer and I had to rebalance multiple times.

The issue might be that after you balance the first one, when you go to balance a second one, it doesn't default to the next unblanced wheel, so you may have been balancing the same one, over and over again. I made that mistake the first time I did it.

Yep you can rebalance same wheel. Bottom left of the picture will gave a little symbol in it if the wheel still needs rebalancing.
