@Hihellobyeoh, Well, Yeah... I've been practising using left hand on WASD and yes, it almost goes right already... But... Ain't my thing... And I believe I'm not alone with this.
@dergerch, Haha, me too. You probably knew that Doom wasn't the first 3D shooter but it was more fascinating with its german things on it and it became "The First One"... I played those same type of things before it, I recall was it "Ken's Labyrinth" that was the first one? Yeah, movement should be handled by arrow keys. That's why those exist on keyboards.
