You can also zoom in and out with the mouse wheel in the second third person camera mode. Comes in handy for larger cars and certian maneuver's.
What was the point of digging out a post that was from august 2017 ?
Specially as "C" is the key by default in the game currently...
That beeing said "maybe" and I really stress that maybe, it wasn't the case when game came out...
Now with the key rebinding option... ofc "C" will not do anything IF you rebinded the camera to something else...
EDIT : and the CAMERA key is linked to the CROUCH key... so IF you rebinded crouch to an other key... that's now your new camera key
But you're right he probably binded the key to something else and forgot the camera uses the same key.
