Yeah, but it seems like they added items that will be in DLC to the current list to fill it out and make it look good.
They claim you can repaint body panels if you only need one painted, but it paints the whole car. They calim their is an Auto Salon to buy new cars, that isn't around, remapping of key binds, 40+ cars when the editor only has I think 20, with one being locked.
Just have to wait and see I guess.

the dyno is broken and so like the radio, the achevements, the welder and some other parts of the garage were deactivated untill there fixed
it said so in there patch report sticky
so no there not going to be dlc also the radio is being reactivated in patch 1.7
Yeah, see, you can tell me that all day long, but their is ZERO point to the dyno at this moment.
We know they are going to have a Tuning DLC later on, tuning generally uses a Dyno, so while it is technically in the game and simply disabled, it will probably stay that way until the release of the DLC.
