Miata.net also has one thats been around for years, but the wheel-size.com one has far more features, like the chart that shows all of the plus size fitments in common tire sizes (which will help you pick a tire size in CMS18) a visual indicator of what the offset changes will do to fender and suspension clearance, and how the new tire size will change your spedometer output if you dont have a tuner or speedometer gear that can adjust it. Check it out.
The game isn't that accurate at all, choose rims the size you want, with the ET you can adjust the rim allignment to the border of the fender....I mean how far the wheel stands over or is in the wheelhouse (hope it's called like that)
Then you choose a tire with the same inch size like the rim, and a width....so if you want wide wheels just choose 305 or above (game does not care as long as inch of rim fits) choose the profile height you want and mount it....
The annoying thing is you can mount 25 inch wheels with 325 width and they just glitch through the body of the car....so you spend most time finding out which ET to use to put the wheels under the fenders without glitching through the body 😂😂😂🤷🏻♂️
It's quite simple to find the original tire sizes for a vehicle, modded or not. You need to traverse through the files of your Steam directory to find the Workshop folder for CMS2018 which is ID 645630
Example:
Then you want to find your car, in the workshop mod folder, you can find this by going to the
modded cars workshop page, right clicking the page and copying the URL, paste the url on a notepad and get the mod's ID, use this to find your modded cars folder, open it and open the config.txt file.
If this isn't a mod uploaded on Steam Workshop, then you would most likely have added it through StreamingAssets.
Example:
Find your car folder, open it and open config.txt
This file contains the default sizes for the tires including rim type, rim width/depth, wheel type and wheel width.
Example:
That's already been answered in this thread. Also, see the 'Guides' section in steam (for CMS) and you'll find a guide giving a list of cars and their wheel / tire sizes.
Edit: See @Aeywoo answer above also.
