Dashboard rust!
The dashboard inside my car is rusty and I can't get rid of it! Everything else in the car interior is 100% Please either allow us to remove and replace dashboards or let them be repaired along with the body, using the welder!

How long was the grind to get to level 35 to unlock the welder? Im anxious to start repairing cars completly.

Not gonna lie, I used cheat engine. I grinded to level 19 and decided that it was going to take far too long to get the lvl 30. I really just wanted the paint shop. It would probably take about 30-40 hours in game.

I'm at level 16 on console and have the welder. I've had it for a while as well.

Remocing dashboard rust is possible only if your garage is max level.
