car timing thing?

hello all i have a car in the garage well two both same problems

its saying : i read in a newspaper that the timing should be replaced more frequently than recommended by the manufacturer. the oil too! please check them out and change what ever is needed

but everything is green and all on 80% ????

If I remember it's the cam gear,camshafts and the ignition coils that need to be replaced.

aye it is just noticed they didnt show up till i took em off now i got new one from some chav XD one thing left

something nocking in the engine but its one thing left !! D: i dno what it is
