Some of them we already fixed in patches (not enough - we know, deeply sorry about that).

Rim Modern 2 size 18 ET 10 & ET 25. Race Tyres 225x40x18 & 245x18x40. Rim outer stays at 16" and inner Rim is 18". so the outer edge is missaligned.

Go to the car status details (shows all the fauls) and click on each star to the left of each rubber bushing (or any other part), then go back to the vehicle and you will see each bushing/item is highlighted with a blue outline.

Right click on the car -> Check status -> Move to garage (on the lower right corner)

Note- you can only park cars in the parking lot if you own them.
