How to upgrade the garage to level 2
I've looked in the forum but couldn't find an answer. I'm currently level 9 and I got one skill point free but I can't seem to be able to unlock garage level 2. There is no other info as to why. Anyone know if this is a bug?

I couldn't unlock it till Level 11 or 12 can't remember.

I don't know if it is tied to your level, or skill points apent. Either way you have to wait a bit longer.

You can unlock it at level 12, it's level locked.

if you look along the bottom of the toolbox you will see numbers (1,2,3,4,7,9) and whatnot these are the levels that you need to unlock those items

It shows the required level for that tier of upgrades at the bottom of the upgrade menu

anyone know why i cant get any higher on my points i have 16/54 and cont go any higher and still on eagle eye lvl 1

You get points to use at the toolbox as you level up. Some skills at the toolbox will not be available to spend points on until you've reached a certain level. If you've been gaining levels but, not getting any skill points, then something maybe wrong and you should use steam's verify files option for the game's properties.

Have you tried doing an uninstall and reinstall for CMS2018? Make a backup copy of your 'Profile0' folder first to be safe. Also, be sure you have steam cloud save feature disabled for CMS2018. It's known to cause save corruption and game bugs. After doing a re-install, be sure to run the 'verify files' check. If you have workshop mods, mark them all as 'favorites' in workshop first and then uninstall them prior to uninstalling CMS. After you've re-installed, verified files, copy back 'Profile0' folder into your user folder. Then re-subscribe to your 'favorites' in Workshop. Test game again.
