Skill tree anyone figure it out?

Anyone figure this mess out yet? I am on row just before Nimble Hands 3 and have NO idea which ones to take to get the next row to unlock it seems a crap shoot at best.

Your level is displayed in top right corner - the yellow thing with bars. Now, you unlock skills coresponding to your level - numbers are displayed on the bottom of skill tree.

As said, skills are locked until you reach the desired skill lvl, which is shown in the bottom of the skills page. You can't unlock skills that are outside your skill/XP level.
I think it's annoying to be honest, as things like bodywork repair are a long way off, and so to buy a barn find and do a fine job of restoration on engine/suspension, only to have the car look like ♥♥♥♥ because you can't unlock panel/bodywork repair until lvl *Holy crap, that's going to take me ages to get that unlocked* is offputting to say the least.
