How to use engine Crane?
I try and use it but it keeps saying it has nothing to work with

You need to have the second garage unlocked.

You have to upgrade to the 2nd garage, get the engine puller. then you load the engine onto the puller and transfer it to the crane. Then you will be able to work on it there. I didn't understand it very well either until I upgraded to garage 2.
