Seriously chill the ♥♥♥♥ out the game came out only 2-3 days ago nothing perfect so dont gets your hopes up for perfection not even tripple a titles are perfect when they come out.
Nah its understandable for there to be undiscovered bugs when a game comes out (although not on the scale of this game - but that's another topic entirely and the devs have already pinned an apology on here) but for there to be features completely missing is another story - they've put the supercharger parts in the game but there is no way to use them, which is completely unacceptable; they didn't even playtest this thing before they released it, I guarantee it...
I agree, there are such obvious bugs that there is no way they did not playtest it and not find them.
The only reasonable explanation is that they were forced to release it early knowing there were problems with it.
