Can you play without internet???
I want to buy this game for when i travel without internet, but im not sure if i can play this without. i know this sounds like a dumb question but i just want to make sure before i spend $30 on a game.

I'm not completely certain, but I'm pretty sure that a connection is not required to play.

You should buy CMS2015 now. CMS2018 is not playable yet.

Yes, desactivate Steam Cloud Sync in Steam Game Properties. Profile file stored in local.

Absolutely, I start this and other games all the time without a connection. It just asks you if you want to start the game in offline mode.
