Double Wishbone Shock Absorber

I have to replace the double wishbone shock absorber on a Salem Flamo. When I removed the old shock absorber it was one item in the inventory with 3 parts (like tyre+rim). So I bought all 3 new parts (double wishbone shock absorber + front spring + front shock absorber cap), and now the game is not letting me put them back on the car. I says "there are no items to work with".
In my inventory all 3 parts are separate unlike when I removed the old one.

Is there a way to pre-assemble parts or it's another bug?

I'm having the same issue accept fot the machine will NOT let me assemble the double wishbone shock. I can assemble normal front shocks all day long. Just not the double wishbone version. It's a bug for me. I've relaunched the game and still no luck.

Is the pirated version you play up to date? (we can see you don't own the game)

No it's not. Good point. I will purchase to show that I really do like the game. I admit, I read it had lots of bugs but I wanted to try it anyways so I went the dirty route. I feel that it has potential and I will support. I loved Gearhead Garage and that's what got my interest.

I can get the spring tool to assemble a double wishbone shock, and it say it will add to inventory- - - but when I go to install the shock, it claims that the part is not available. Is this a bug?

No, it's not a bug. Most probably you are assembling the wrong shock absorber. There are different types of double wishbone absorbers - 1 for the front, 1 for the rear axle.

I've tried the workaround that was suggested, that being use of a normal front shock. I combine shock, spring and cover with the spring tool and program keeps saying I have no items in my inventory. I wonder if anyone got this workaround to work. What could I be doing wrong?

No idea whats going wrong in your case, sry. If you use the proper parts (front absorber, front spring and front cap) on the spring puller AND your car requires exactly this type of shock absorber, then you should be perfectly fine.

Wait..., sry but I have to ask: did you remove the already assembled absorber from the spring puller?? It wont automatically go to your inventory, you need to take it from the device.

Other than that you could try to verify your game files.

I reinstalled the game. Starting over, but at least no problems so far!

Pull it apart and make a wish x2 XD, the spring puller separates them and can assemble them buying the parts just means you own the parts separately assembly is required.
