Is the pirated version you play up to date? (we can see you don't own the game)
No, it's not a bug. Most probably you are assembling the wrong shock absorber. There are different types of double wishbone absorbers - 1 for the front, 1 for the rear axle.
No idea whats going wrong in your case, sry. If you use the proper parts (front absorber, front spring and front cap) on the spring puller AND your car requires exactly this type of shock absorber, then you should be perfectly fine.
Wait..., sry but I have to ask: did you remove the already assembled absorber from the spring puller?? It wont automatically go to your inventory, you need to take it from the device.
Other than that you could try to verify your game files.
