buy 2 garage upgrades and it will appear on the map.

I can't go to junyard or auction. thought you would simply click however won't let me. done a few story cars in my garage and earned some money be nice to spend it.

you know i prefer it to have to be unlocked mabey its just me but once every things unlocked i lose all drive to play it happend to me in 2015 once i had every thing i just stoped playing
hoping this game will have more of a drive in the end game stage

It unlocked for me at lvl 13 weirdly

You need to have 2 garage upgrades and be level 13
