tire tread tester
anyone how to use it? iv got the tire on the car and go to examine tools and the tire tread tester is locked, how the hell am i able to take a job with a locked tool?

I have the tool unlocked but I am unable to figure out how to use it.
I examine the tire and choose the tool. It shows a graphic of the tool aparantly checking the tread depth? After that it displays the "Examined Parts Report" with nothing in the lists. It displays "0 Parts Examined" at the bottom.

The first job is requiring me to use the tread tester and it's locked! What the actual FK

no tried it yet myself, but if you click on a toolbox for the upgades you can choose reset points, but it may have a fee attached, and in any case if its free and you reapply the point and unlock the tool doesnt work
