Missing exe file

I install, reinstall the game many times and I also check integrity of the files multiple times but the exe is still missing from the folder. Someone know how to fix?

Ok, I investigate a bit more, and I udnerstand that the file is not missing, but my antivirus (Kaspersky) refuses to download it and flag it as a trojan. So, I wonder there is a reason why only Zup 5 is flagged as a trojan?
Cause Zup 1 2 3 4 and Zero are fine for me, but 5 not.
Can someone provide some help?

I still trying to figure it out, to be honest, i will post an update when i find a solution.
Devs are impossible to contact and there are no online solutions find for now
