Just wondering

It happens on both of them, when i run the game, the software runs and there's audio but it's just black screen and i noticed that there is no option ribbons (like File,Config and Help) at the top of the software. But when i dock the handheld device at a monitor, it shows the visuals and the option ribbons shows perfectly fine. i tried googling and asking Discord and no one has any solutions at all. It seems like it's only this game that i have this issue on, any other VN works perfectly fine....

the player count numbers are kinda low and idk if its worth buying

I'm in Chapter 3, and already twice I've started the game and found all my save files gone. Nothing in saves, nothing in auto saves, nothing in quick saves. It's not a total data reset, because the game does remember what text I've seen for skipping purposes. I'm only playing on one computer, so I don't see how it could be any cloud save weirdness. Has anyone else encountered this?...
