Report a translation problem
If there was possibly a "cycle" button like in a magic the gathering game whereby you press space bar after each play and of course an "option" button for this for those that can read faster than the eyes can see. :) Of course I know we aren't suppose to see intrigue cards and the speed could be left the same as those cards flash by or just have them top of the card up so we can't see the text of them anyway when the AI gets them. Seems like the right mouse button could be used for this cycle method as I don't see it used for anything else.

No, I disagree that you can't stop them. I've stopped them on many occassions by playing certain cards like "mandatory quests" an other cards that deprive them of certain colors. Being able to see the cards float by a lot slower would save me the time to have to look at every one of them and see who's about to complete a quest and if I can mandatory quest them or deprive them of the colors they need.
The dev literally replied just a few comments above you about this. At that point, I would learn to let it go for now and hold off on your personal deadlines.
