Why can't I play intrigue cards some times?

Some times when I play with the DLCs, some of my intrigues cards are grayed out. Any idea why? http://steamcommunity.com/id/ElCoholic/screenshots/?appid=644390
Like on this screenshot, I'm unable to play "bribe agent".

No. You can see from the screenshot that I had 9 gold

Did your opponent play the Open Lord intrigue card? A player's agents cannot be targeted by attack cards like Bribe Agent if they've played Open Lord.

looks like he did judging by the Underworld icon next to his opponents name. Lord reveal card is OP af. :p
