Local Multiplayer?
Discription says local multiplayer. I was curious if anyone had tried that yet? or if it actually has it. Would love to know. I own the actual board game but would be fun to play digitally while watching tv on couch with my wife.

I would also like to know what local multiplayer is like. I was thinking of getting this for me an a couple of friends. Is it a good experience?

When you create a session, you can add any combination of real players and bots (up to 6 players). Then it is a good old hot-seat mode, where you can't look at the screen when another player acts and want to do (or check) something that you shouldn't see.

Can't tell how good this experience would be – I'm not interested in this mode and haven't tried to play a full session of it. But it exists in the game for sure.

If I had a wife I wouldn't be playing games; I'd be playing with her. :))~~~

My wife and I played local coop. It works OK - but not great. Its hotseat so you each take a turn, but the same repeats all the previous players moves for you (to show you what happened) which slows the game down. This is because, in practice, you were looking over her shoulder and saw it happen in real time.

Yeah, that sounds pretty dumb, to be honest. It'd be nice if they incorporated a phone app or something, like Eon Altar does. Your cards are on your phone, but the board is on the TV. That'd be soooo much better.
