Colprate On Australian PVE Server Discovered!

So I lost my third base in the snow area, this PVP zone in the PVE server is really stupid and has wrecked the PVE play of this game. If I can't get my own private server up and running I am pretty much done with this game, I can't believe the developers put a PVP zone on the map where you need to craft items for high level stuff.

My base just gets raided on a daily basis and at this point it's useless to even keep playing because all i am doing is providing this guy with matts. Something that started out as a fun experience has turned into a very unpleasant experience, it's like beating a dead horse at this point From what i have experienced and read here in the discussion area the whole PVE aspect of this game is dead, most every PVE server I played on had no to very little activity, PVE players don't want to deal with this crap. If we wanted to play PVP we would go join a PVP server, the developers have rocks for brains and they are only hurting their future sales, I will change my positive review today. It's more like RUST at this point, I don't want to play Rust.

So after spending much time on the server and knowing your name in the game is the same as your Steam name it not hard to figure out who is raiding everyone's bases. I came on today and went to my base, my 3rd base and the door was gone and such. So i poked around and visited many other bases owned by other people and i found that almost every base had the door blown off for the exception of two bases. Last night none of the bases that have been raided were breached, I have been watching.

So there was one person on a greater part of the days and that person was Trance237 who has mega bases all over the map and multiples in the snow area and he was the only one on when all this happen. The other guy which i won't list his name because after looking at his profile he doesn't have a lot of game time in MOM where Trance237 has over 7000 hours, yes that is correct 7000+ hours. So this person has nothing to do in their life and it looks like they are on all the time, time enough to raid everyone's bases and transport all their items to any of the multitude of bases he has.

Well I am done, I dumped all my items and matts and then destroyed my main base so no one can get free stuff. Anyone that has 7000+ hours in this game or any game for that matter probably has major personal issues and at the end of the day this person will more then likely be all alone on the server as people will more then likely leave the server and stop playing due to frustration and the leeches waiting in the shadows to screw you.

I experienced the same thing on one of the official U.S. servers where this guy had at least 25 to 30 bases scattered around the map which he had claimed due to the timer running out and he actually had signs on them for sale, really... He also was raiding peoples bases and after exploring the map while questing everywhere i turned I see one of his acquired bases for sale. I felt like i was on his personal sever.

So I just wanted to at least warn new players if you go to these PVE servers thinking your going to be playing in a 100% PVE environment your sadly mistaken and there will be on every server an individual that is awaiting in the shadows to screw you of everything once you reach end game and have to build a base in the north snow area or when you can't play and reset the timer on your terminal. I would stay clear of the U/S. and Australian PVE server, it's not PVE. And if you don't like PVP at all just don't purchase the game.

I actually regret purchasing this game, huge disappointment! Something that started out as a good thing turned into a pile of horse c r a p.

I felt exactly the same as you once I went to the snow area on an official server. The PVP snow area completely ruins the game. It's dumb. That's why I use my own server now.


Check my posted reply to your private server issue. It should fix your problem.


The developers should offer an official 100% PVE server with absolutely no PVP areas or PVP flop events, but sadly, they don't even though it would take them only 5 minutes to set one up! It's crazy. They've upset a lot of PVE players. This is not the way to do business. The customer is #1. Most of their customers are PVE players, and yet they don't offer proper PVE play. Very bad on their part.


The game is excellent once you have your own server running. You can tweak so many settings. You can turn off all PVP. You can be admin and have god powers. You can change how long it takes for your bases to decay, etc.

I've set my server to 100% PVE. No flop events. No PVP snow area. It's 100% PVE.

I love building in this game, so I made it cheap to build. I set a level 6 base to cost only 6 flops. My level 6 bases can have up to 10,000 structures. And the base protection time is 999 days. That way I don't need to log on so often. I can stop playing for a year, come back, and all my bases are still there.

I have built a massive tower. It's a 20 story tower. Each floor has 6x6 floor tiles and is 2 squares high. It's enormous. Way larger than any other building I've seen on any server. Also, it doesn't lag. Such a tower, if possible on the official servers, would lag. Mine has no lag at all. This kind of huge tower is not possible on an official server. They limit building size, because the official servers lag too much if people build buildings as large as I like to build.


When I first started to use my own server, I used the admin panel and enabled InstaBuild, GodMode, gave myself flops, etc. That way I quickly rebuilt everything I had on the official servers when I left, building a copy of my progress on my own server. Then I turned off InstalBuild, and other admin cheats, and continued my game as normal on my 100% PVE server. That way I didn't feel like I was playing the game from scratch all over again. I used the admin cheats only to get my player to the exact level I was at on the official server, and then turned off all the cheats. Worked very well. Took a few hours to do.

With GodMode on, nothing can harm you, and you never run out of oxygen. So you can redo all of the challenges you did on another server really fast to get your player to the level it was at on another server.

With InstaBuild on, you can recreate all of your bases. Building costs nothing with this enabled, and structures are built instantly, with a click. You can easily create a huge base in a few minutes with this cheat. You can also craft things in the 3D printers without any needing resources with this enabled.

The admin panel also lets you get all of the weapons, armor, flops, schematics, etc., for free. So you can re-get all of the things you had on another server without having to grind again for them, or rebuild them in a 3D printer.

i agree a 100% PVP server would be great, I don't mind the Flops event on the PVE server simply because if you don't want to take part you just don't go. Thanks for your reply Magic
