1) Start the game.
2) Play the levels, without striving to brilliant them (for now). Just make it with whatever diamonds you got left by the end.

3) Keep unlocking whatever perks you can, prioritise maximising the perk that makes the scare spell cheaper.
4) Reach level 21.
5) Get the badge for finding the 3 treasure chests, this badge will give you a 50.000 xp bonus.
6) Keep replaying level 21 until you have unlocked all the perks.
7) Use your accumulated skulls to brilliant the last 3 levels.
8) Go back to the beginning, and breeze through every level up to 21, in day and night time, getting brilliant ranking.
9) Use your accumulated skulls to brilliant the last 3 maps at night time.

Congrats. You just beat the game and unlocked all achievements. U got Gud.
