Steam achievement issue

I finished the game, That mean I rescue shashiro. I got the corresponding achievement in game. But not the steam one, Is there anything I can do?

Bumping the topic, as I'm having similar issues.
I'm far from beating the game, but I've already beaten a level with 100% coins, and another with 3 hearts remaining. Both achievements are marked as unlocked in the Extras menu, but in my Steam library they're still shown as locked.

@OP: You can use a program called "Steam Achievement Manager" (also known as SAM) to manually unlock the achievements. If there's no proper fix for this, I'll probably have to do the same.
