Issues Trying to Access Cloud Data on the Steam Deck

I've been trying to get the save file from my desktop working on my Steam deck -- I originally tried to overwrite the save data on the Deck's hard drive with my desktop's file, but that still started me from where I was on the Deck (just after stage 1). I've uninstalled a few times, deleted my Deck's save data, verified that there's only one save file in cloud storage, repeatedly synced the Deck to that data from my desktop, etc. Anyone familiar with this sort of thing/have any suggestions?

Thanks for the response. I never did figure it out, so I ended up finishing the game on my desktop. Great game!

I just got a Deck and ran into the same problem. Would've been great for the extra levels but...
