Please fix the menu keys

This is a great game but using the menus is somewhat awkward.

I'd like to suggest that

• ESC should activate the back button on every menu (it currently works on some menus but not others)
  
• the key that opens the quickswap menu (D) also closes it again
  
• I'm not sure why the quickswap menu key cannot be remapped if everything else can be ?
  
• if I select an item in the shop to buy then press NO, the cursor should remain on that item; it currently goes back to the top left
  
• I think I cannot buy "health upgrade 2" (etc) until I've bought the first one? But in-game just nothing happens if I click on health upgrade 2, with no explanation given
  
• options can be accessed from the main screen, because the first thing I want to do when I play a game is set the resolution
  
• in the dossier submenus, the cursor arrows should skip any options that are not visible yet
  
• and finally, a way to stop pre-boss cutscenes, as well as the fly-in-to-warp cutscene because they get repetitive.

Well they are all minor things but they should also be easy to fix, I think. Anyway I'll go back to leveling my blaster gun!

yea Menu navigation needs a bit of work. it doesn't flow well. Using controller I want to press B to go back, but in just about every menu you have to manually navigate to the Back button for each layer.
