UI scale?
using a 1920x1080 widescreen fix/textures and it feels like the HUD elements are too small...any idea if there is a way to make the UI bigger?

+1 . I hope this will be addressed in the next patch. Just like Titan Quest there should be a UI Scale slider in config menu.

Yeah, they really need to rescale UI... this keeps me from buying the game here (though I have a disc).

Playing at 1440p. UI is fine. OP posted a year ago. Don't necro old threads

Erm. The problem gets worse with higher resolutions.

Let me see a couple of screenshots of were you feel the UI is unreadable.

Maybe it is unreadable for some people and not for you, that does not mean that developers can not take a look

Yup. My first reply was bonkers. But I wouldn't hold my breath for what they're asking for. The values concerning the GUI, I'm pretty sure, are hardcoded. But there might be other options, but for that I need to know what the problem areas are.

Nordic Games (Thank you!) recently added this functionality to Titan Quest to fix ingame HUD and dialogue text. They were unreadable even in 1080p. If they have the source code for Nexus (which I believe they have), fixing it would be trivial.
Sargoth Mar 24, 2016 @ 1:32pm
They don't. Source code was lost, with the closing of Mithis, over 10 years ago.
Nadersith Mar 24, 2016 @ 3:05pm
Then, how did they manage to fix Nexus to run smoothly on modern Windows and all that stuff in the last patch?

"After we acquired the Nexus franchise our goal was to make the game experience better but unfortunately our hands were tied for a long time. Now we were finally able to do actual work on Nexus and this resulted in a lot that we actually did. "

Their last update suggested they had some means to update the game. If not with the source code then what? DLL injection or magic? Anyway it would be best dev to answer. Hope someone from the team reading this :)

Maybe. Even might have reversed engineered some of it. They do talk to the old devs. I suspect they might even have hired some of them.
