It is better looking than many newer games. I am just astonished how crisp, clean and real the universe is. So you are right.
1. downloaded ://reshade.me and started it, selected the nexus dx9 exe
2. run the game, pressed pos1-key
3. selected
- HDR
- PBFX Bloom
- SMAA
- Curves
- Filmic Pass
- LumaSharpen
- Clarity
--- all on defaults
4. added a keybinding at the reshade options: insert -> toggle reshade
.. no, I have no idea what I did, just tried through the effects.
5. add the 2 steam workshop mods: astroids and planets. (in the nexus launcher, activate these)
