I am using a Headset, however the issue also applies to when I use my built-in speakers.
I also want to emphasis that all other sounds are working out and in-game except for the game music. I went through the guide and it unfortunately didn't solve the issue.

Have you tried turning the music all the way to the max? And are you making sure to press accept when it asks if you want to keep the settings and starts counting down?

Have you tried to turn the background music off and on again?
Please try to set it to off, apply the change, close and reopen the game then go to the settings and set it back to on.
Please also send us a screenshot of your system information which can be found via the steps below.
- Expand the Apple Menu by clicking the Apple icon in the top left of the screen
- Select About This Mac
- Copy the information provided into your SYSTEM INFORMATION section
Ideally, this information would be provided with confirmation that your system has been fully updated and the exact system model if known.You can add this to something such as Imgur and share the link with us.
