Can't connect the escapists 2 server.

Every time i try to connect the server, i get error message it lasts about two weeks and i can't play cooperative mode with my freind ( solo game only ), we are both have this problem btw. Please solve this connection problem the screenshot of error message is below.

Help&Option>Option>Region
Changing the region from all to Asia made it online
I could not go online with ALL
